                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
                  NO. SS-2-96, MARKET STREET AT 6TH STREET
                  STREETSCAPE, TO RIVERBEND CONSTRUCTION
                  CORPORATION FOR THEIR LOW BID IN THE AMOUNT OF
                  THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY
                  DOLLARS ($36,550.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. SS-2-96, Market Street at 6th Street
       Streetscape, to Riverbend Construction Corporation for their low
       bid in the amount of $36,550.00.
